Hey everyone.... I just found this site...

Hi everyone, I'm Judit, from Hungary, living in Edinburgh at the moment. After many years of dreaming (travelling and saving money) I finally got started!
I'm doing a Theatrical and Media make-up course which I absolutely love, I'm really excited about my first assessment, a golden tribal themed
photoshoot, and in november I'm going to help on a university student film shoot which is great, since I would like to concentrate mostly on the film
industry later. I've been following the message board for quite a while now, but I'll be an active part of it from now on.

Hello everyone!
My name is Bethany. I am a Freelance Makeup Artist in Kentucky. I mainly work out of Louisville and was recently voted "Best Wedding Makeup in the Louisville Area" by one of our local TV stations. I have been doing makeup for 10 years but mainly in salons. I left my cushy job working for a product line *coughAvedacough* a year and a half ago and have been doing freelance work for brides, tv, print, film, and commercials since. My name is Deirdre, I'm a make-up artist in Durban,South Africa and I love what I do. I registered and lurked here a very long time ago, now I am introducing myself properly for the first time. This is an awesome site and I'm glad to be back because I learnt a lot from just reading the questions and replies here. I do all make-up - although I have studied basic special effects, I have yet to use it in the real world and therefore still need to find the outlets here for materials. Im Alex from London, England. Ive been lurking here for a few months just working through the faq and soaking up all the advice from your posts and thought it was about time I said hello! I left my office job to embark on a career in makeup 18 months ago and haven't looked back. I started my training in makeup for tv and film but soon found my passion was in the fashion and beauty side of the business and have been slowly building up my print book over the last year....
