Ok, since there are a few threads on here about poor editorial programs. I think it's a good idea to have a thread with our experiences- who is easy to deal with and who is difficult.
In my experience:
Benefit is exceptionally easy to deal with, their Artist Relations girl has ALWAYS returned my calls. A+
Smashbox: I get a mixed bag from them, they have an editorial program... however it can be difficult to get return phone calls.
Tarte- Easy to work with.
Laura Mercier- I haven't worked with them since A.R. was their rep, so I don't know how it is with the new person. Anybody have any feedback from recent dealings?
Victoria's Secret- I have not dealt with them but my roommate has had very good experiences with them.
