Did the model have access to her own products? could she have powdered herself when you were not looking? I ask because it looks like something in the product (only the face is shiney and not the rest of her ) Unless it was 100 degrees in that room I dont see a reason for the shine with the products you used.
I dont use moisture on jobs like runway, and shine situation I use only primer on before the foundation. CS shouldnt be the culprit here, I don't get much shine with CS.
