I talked to customer service at Zuca today and they said the new backpack will be out in Mid April. I am anxious to get one and I am sure it will be worth
waiting for!

Ok...so I am ready to buy a Zuca...and I have a couple of questions.
Do I want the Artist or the Pro Artist? I am a bit confused of the difference. Does it only come in black or pink?

okay, well I have both the Artist Pro and the Sport. The Artist Pro only comes in 2 colors, black & dusky rose and is better than the sport for taking on
as a carry-on item on planes. The Sport would need to be checked & you wouldn't have a seat with you as you wait for your luggage. That being said, the
sport is available in MANY colors & frame colors and it does have 2 sets of wheels which are awesome for climbing up stairs!! The Sport has mesh
"pockets" on the outside which can hold MORE than the Artist Pro. The Artist Pro has zippered "pockets" on the outside which are great too
since the mesh on the Sport can have a more cluttered appearance.

I was thinking that there was an Artist Pro Zuca, a Pro Zuca, and a Sport Zuca...now I see that the Pro and Artist are the same...right? Thank you...I think if nothing else I am leaning more towards the Artist Pro. You are great...I really appreciate all the help!

along the subject.. does anyone want my zuca pro near toronto area? it's brand new, i got it for my hair stuff and was so excited to see how i can make use
of it.. i took it out of the box and the bag, looked through it, put some of my stuff in it to see how i can organize it.. eeek.. i just i hate how it's a
narrow deep hole, i can't work out of something like that since my current organization opens like 2 book covers with everything right there. i never have
to dig..
i just put everything back in the box, and it's been sitting in the box for few weeks now.. still brand new. msg me if ur gonna be in the area and would like to take it away from me! i really wanted to like it too.. sigh. |

I am sorry you aren't happy! Bummer! I adore my ZUCA & love that you can sit on it. Now when I go on set I don't carry a chair at all! YAY!
I love the pouches and I am more organized and I even keep a pouch for used brushes and combs while on set! |

Just a note to let Aussie's know that MAC here are now selling their Zuca. Yes I know it's MAC but if you have the pro discount (yes you can use it on
this), it ends up cheaper than importing it yourself.
I used the discount code to get mine but shipping is a lot, so it works out better from MAC. You could always import a new cover later and that wouldn't be as heavy to ship. I am enjoying my Zuca though. I wasn't used to working with a deep, narrow hole because I'm used to having cases with drawers (got rid of the Tas Merah because it can't be locked), so I actually found a set of plastic drawers from a discount store that fits inside *almost* perfectly. It wastes a bit of space but it also means I can work right out of it, no unpacking. The bottom drawer won't open properly due to getting caught by the zipper, so I just removed it and use the cavity. |

I just read through the entire thread about Zuca. I was wondering if anyone here has purchased the new edition of the backpack, and what experiences they have
had with it. I work in New York City, and have to take public transportation all the time! I do not have the strength to continue lugging a heavy suitcase up
and down the subway stairs! I am trying to figure out how much the backpack can hold (both make up and hair supplies?) My other question is how comfortable it
is to wear the backpack? I look forward to hearing all of your experiences. Thanks so much!

i have the backpack and i love it! it's quite different to the original pictures posted of it in this thread, the side pouches anyhow. i'll try to get
some photos online for you in the next few days if someone doesn't get there first
i can tell you that it's really lightweight and really strong, i
personally think it holds a lot, but then again i like to travel pretty light. it does get quite heavy (but then again i'm a little weakling ha ha) with
everything in it but once it's on your back properly it's usually fine, it's bulkier than anything i have been used to actually wearing though so i
have knocked a few people with it on tubes/trains etc, LOL.
in the meantime, here is my four legged daughter who really liked the backpack when it first arrived! ha ha
