Im a MUA and im looking to make a portfolio which i dont have yet.. any idea if someone can suggest anything...

i want to do like unpaid work to build my portfolio eg working in studios or along side another professional MUA... or even a photographer who will let me do my work on models..anything just to get going...

hi peeps! I am on the hunt for an amazing product I was introduced to this week and was hoping someone here would know where I could snag some.

An artist friend of mine was using a product called "Makeup Mixer". She said she used to be able to special order it from Alcone, but, cant get it anymore. Her friend got some for her in Paris. Its a milky white liquid, in a plastic bottle. What are people's thoughts on All-In-One Printers? I'm an Epson girl, and I'm looking at the Epson Artisan 710. I may do some smaller pictures, and then I need to be able to print on cds/dvds in addition to normal text printing. And then having a hard fax and a copier built in would be nice. I've just landed myself an assisting job which could open quite a few doors for me (it's for a chat show on sky 1 in the UK) and was told I'd be eventually helping with the hair as well as the make up.
